Skills & Competencies required
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
Familiarity with media relations and pitching stories.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with AKRSPI’s focus area is a plus.
Proficiency in different software like Canva, adobe premiere pro, adobe photoshop, Microsoft office, and other illustration software's is preferred.
Willing to travel to the field locations.
Fluency in Hindi and English languages.
Job Profile

Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze and report on social media performance, including key metrics and trends.
Coordinate media outreach efforts, including pitching stories and arranging interviews.
Assist in developing and implementing communication plans and strategies.
Support planning and execution of events, campaigns, and other initiatives.
Maintain and update the organization's website and online platforms.
Collaborate with other departments for consistent messaging and brand identity.
Stay up to date with social media and communication trends, tools, and best practices.
Assist with other communication tasks and projects as needed.
