Very good understanding of youth skills development ecosystem including government programmes, ITI, vocational trainings and employment
Strong knowledge and understanding of youth skills training programmes with focus on, future skills, digital skills trainings and IT-ITES domain.
Good understanding of future skills courses, training tools, content development, assessment, and certification.
Strong team and people management skills
Ability to manage number of stake holders and liasioning with government and other partners
Good MIS management, analytical, and presentation skills.
Strong report writing and communication skills.
Good understanding of monitoring and evaluation tools and systems.
Project management skills for overall management and timely completion of deliverables
Job Profile
Overall management of Youth Skills and employment project.
Develop future and existing operational strategies to meet the desired outcomes and timely completion of projects.
Managing multiple stakeholders, closely working with government department and implementation partner for smooth implementation of the project.
Developing strong communication and reporting system to convey the project progress and outcomes.
Develop and maintain project data and MIS for reporting.
Developing monitoring and evaluation system to ensure quality training and project outcomes.
Build strong understanding of changing skills development landscape and opportunities for new projects and innovation
Preparation of project proposals, periodic reports, and management of project budget.
