Strong understanding of rural enterprises, livelihoods, and income generation opportunities in rural areas.
Good knowledge of entrepreneurship development processes, training needs, local ecosystems, and support structures.
Proven team leadership and people management skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and liaise with government departments and partner organisations.
Proficiency in MIS management, data analysis, and presentation.
Excellent report writing and communication skills.
Understanding of monitoring and evaluation tools and systems.
Strong project management capabilities.
Job Profile
Oversee the implementation and management of entrepreneurship development programmes.
Organise events, workshops, and promotional activities to build awareness on entrepreneurship among youth.
Assess entrepreneurship development needs of rural entrepreneurs and develop suitable support mechanisms.
Plan and execute training programmes, exposure visits, and financial support initiatives for selected entrepreneurs.
Liaise with government departments and financial institutions to support entrepreneurs.
Maintain accurate project data and MIS for regular reporting.
Prepare periodic progress reports to communicate project achievements effectively.
Manage and plan the programme budget efficiently.
