Job Profile
To provide leadership to the placement’s activities of Skill Development initiative in the project area.
Building a robust database of employers by networking with local and remote location employers.
Building an active working relationship with representatives of companies, Industry bodies and Placement officers.
Conducting Employer engagement events and placement drives.
Making an annual plan and calendar of placement activities in consultation with Local and Head Office teams.
Building capacity of project staff to plan and organize placement related activities at training Centers.
Planning and Conducting Employer engagement events (Talks, Walk-ins, Campus Drive).
Take the ownership of the placement targets for the area as per the project’s goals.
Create, maintain, and share reports as per program requirements.
