Programme Specialist (Youth Development Programme)

Location: Gujarat/Bihar/Madhya Pradesh/Maharashtra/Delhi-NCR

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience: 5+ years of experience in management of youth skills development and employability project

Skills & Competencies required
  • Very good understanding of youth skills development programmes, project management, placement process and market demand. 

  • Good knowledge and understanding of Skill development process, training needs, local ecosystem, and support structure

  • Strong project management and people management skills

  • Ability to manage number of stakeholders and lesioning with government and other partners

  • Good MIS management, analytical, and presentation skills. 

  • Good report writing and communication skills. 

  • Good understanding of monitoring and evaluation tools and systems. 

  • Understanding of employment trends, opportunities and placement process in key sectors like IT/BFSI/Retail/Management etc. 

  • Project management skills 

Job Profile
  • Overall management of Skill development programme.

  • Organise various events, placement drives, workshops, and promotional activities to create awareness around Skill Development among youths. 

  • Planning and implementation of the training programmes, exposure visits and Placement support to selected Candidate. 

  • Liaison with doner & government departments.

  • Develop and maintain project data and MIS for reporting. 

  • Develop periodic progress reports for better communication of the project outcomes.

  • Management and planning of programme budget.
