Conduct exercise for need analysis of different groups of community, women, youth, farmers, landless etc.
Village level participatory planning and monitoring
Develop community Institutions and strengthening of community Institutions.
Mobilize and build capacity building of community institutions and Panchayat.
Implementation of project and programmes as per implementation strategy
Preparing material for training and IEC for capacity building of community
Documentation work; case studies, photo and Video documentation, MIS, HHs level records, VI/CBOs level records etc.
Good government Liaison skills

Plan, organize, coordinate, and facilitate training programs and related activities for community and field Para worker.
Documenting case studies/best practices

Ensuring financial transparency
Ensuring timely reports and MIS
Any other task assigned by AKRSP (I) management.
