Development Organizer - Social

Location: Santalpur Block, Patan District and Vav Block - Banaskantha District

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in social science /Rural Development / Rural management / Agriculture / Another related subject, post graduate and relevant experience will be given preference

Experience: Minimum 1.5 - 2 years - Experience in relevant field will be given preference, Female candidate will be given preference

Skills & Competencies required

  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • interested to work with rural community

  • Basic understanding of Planning, Designing and Execution process of development intervention

  • Basic Understanding of Data and Report writings, Computer Skills word, Excel, PowerPoint, Riding of Two-Wheeler

Job Profile

  • Community Interaction and management 

  • Conduct PRA exercises, baseline surveys and VDP development.

  • Contribute towards village development activities like agriculture, watershed, Natural Resource Management, Micro enterprise, animal husbandry etc.

  • SHG management and development 

  • Facilitate institution.
