Willingness to travel to different training locations in rural and semi-urban areas.
Fluency in local languages (Gujarati, Hindi, etc.) is an advantage.

Job Profile
Conduct engaging and interactive sessions to improve trainees' conversational English skills.
Use role-plays, real-life scenarios, debates, and group discussions to enhance fluency and confidence.
Develop and implement customized lesson plans to suit different proficiency levels.
Monitor trainees’ progress through assessments, activities, and feedback sessions.
Incorporate digital tools, audiovisual materials, and interactive learning techniques for effective teaching.
Provide one-on-one mentorship to help trainees overcome language barriers and build confidence.
Work closely with other trainers to integrate English communication skills with employability training.
Support trainees in preparing for job interviews, workplace communication, and professional networking.
Experience in teaching rural and semi-urban youth is highly preferred.
Exposure to employability skills training will be an added advantage.
