Skills & Competencies required
Strong analytical skills and comfort with handling data from multiple sources.
Prior exposure to development sector organisations or complex multi-stakeholder environments.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Local language skills are added advantage.

Position Summary:
The position will serve as a key enabler to the CEO by providing strategic, analytical, and coordination support across programmes. The role is aimed to enhance the CEO’s effectiveness through high-quality information management, cross-functional coordination, and preparation of key documents and presentations. This position will act as a facilitative role to ensure timely information flow, tracking, and strategic inputs.

Job Profile
Manage and prioritise the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and engagements.
Coordinate inputs and background materials from relevant teams for the CEO's internal and external interactions.
Draft, design, and edit high-quality presentations, reports, and talking points for the CEO.
Prepare briefing notes and strategy decks for board meetings, donor reviews, programme visits, and internal communications.
Maintain a central dashboard for tracking programme milestones and key strategic initiatives.
Liaise with Programme/SHT teams to collect progress updates and flag areas requiring attention.
Ensure timely follow-up on decisions and agreed actions.
Collect and analyse data from multiple teams to support evidence-based decision-making by the CEO.
Summarise key insights in a concise and visually clear format for review.
Work on a communication link between the CEO’s office and various teams to ensure alignment and follow-through.
Facilitate information flow without interfering in line management or decision-making by SHTs.
Track and synthesise programme progress indicators, team-level trends, and internal feedback mechanisms.
Provide timely inputs to the CEO on internal functioning and alignment challenges, in consultation with respective focal.
Support efforts to strengthen institutional responsiveness, collaboration, and delivery.
Identify coordination gaps and workflow improvement areas across teams, and support the CEO in addressing them constructively.
Assist CEO on practical solutions to improve internal systems, decision-making frameworks, and tracking mechanisms.
Assist in building organisational agility and coherence through improved collaboration and follow-through processes.
