Position Summary: The Development Organiser (MIS) will manage MIS operations for Skill Development programmes at Yuva Junctions, ensuring accurate and timely data collection, entry, and reporting related to training, attendance, assessments, and placements. The role will support trainers and centre teams in maintaining data quality, tracking candidate progress, and meeting donor and organisational reporting requirements. Additionally, the position will help standardise MIS processes and build the capacity of field staff to strengthen data-driven programme management.
Job Profile
MIS & Reporting
Develop, maintain, and update MIS databases related to trainee records, attendance, assessments, and placements.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and other tools for program monitoring and decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all systems.
Develop reports to understand the programme progress and impact on ground
Support the training team with data analysis for feedback, progress tracking, and outcome evaluation.
Coordinate closely with the Project coordinators and placement officers to get the timely and accurate data.
Support trainers with trainee progress data and identify areas needing intervention.
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare and maintain training-related documentation, reports, and dashboards.
Ensure all data and reporting comply with organizational and donor requirements.
