Job Profile
Liaise with donors and government departments for programme coordination and support.
Provide technical and managerial support to teams implementing agriculture projects.
Facilitate training and capacity-building sessions for field staff, village leaders, and partner organisations (GO-NGO).
Develop programme manuals, training materials, and systems for assessing programme effectiveness.
Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs), strategies, and frameworks for programme implementation.
Promote productivity enhancement and crop diversification initiatives.
Plan and implement sustainable agriculture practices across project areas.
Establish and strengthen market linkages to enhance the impact of agriculture-based livelihood initiatives.
Document success stories and case studies for knowledge sharing and donor reporting.
Draft project proposals and contribute to programme strategy development.
Integrate sustainable techniques such as System of Crop Intensification (SCI), Conservation Agriculture, IPM, and INM to improve productivity.
Plan and manage agriculture budgets effectively for programme delivery.
Collaborate with agriculture universities, KVKs, NGOs, and technical organisations to enhance programme outcomes.
Ensure timely and accurate donor reporting in English with support from field and monitoring teams.
Maintain and manage field data, records, and photographs for documentation and reporting.
Perform any other tasks assigned by AKRSP(I) management.
