Skills & Competencies required
Extensive knowledge and experience of working with reputed NGO/ Donor agency/CSR on themes like Farmers producer organisation, Rural Livelihoods, Entrepreneurship and Youth skills development.
Strong project management skills including team building, task prioritisation and budgeting.
Proven knowledge and skills on starting new programmes, development of process, SOPs and expansion of success full initiatives.
Strong team and people management skills
Ability to manage number of stakeholders and lesioning with financial institution, knowledge partners and Government
Good MIS management, analytical, and presentation skills.
Strong report writing and communication skills.
Good understanding of monitoring and evaluation tools and systems.
Project management skills for overall management and timely completion of deliverables
Job Profile
Overall management of economic development programme aimed at increasing income of farmers and youth through agriculture, entrepreneurship and skills development initiatives.
Develop future and existing operational strategies to meet the desired outcomes and timely completion of projects.
Managing multiple stakeholders, closely working with local community, global team and implementation partner for smooth implementation of the project.
Developing strong communication and reporting system to convey the project progress and outcomes.
Develop and maintain project data and MIS for reporting.
Developing monitoring and evaluation system to ensure quality programme delivery and outcomes.
Preparation of project proposals, periodic reports, and management of project budget.
The position requires extensive travel to rural project areas.
