Position Summary:
The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing systems to track program performance, measure outcomes, and assess impact. The role ensures timely collection, analysis, and reporting of data to support evidence-based decision-making, accountability to stakeholders, and continuous program improvement. The M&E officer works closely with program teams to strengthen data quality, build capacity, and ensure compliance with organizational and donor requirements.

Undertake/oversee Program monitoring, evaluation, research, documentation and reporting.
Develop case studies, Impact Studies, Outcome studies/research, proposals etc.
Operationalization of AKRSP(I) MIS and ensure activity data collection, data quality and data reporting.
Monitoring of Project implementation and expected result with respect to the Strategy.
Monitor and communicate Project results with different stakeholders.
Coordinate external/internal project assessment and visits.
Liaison with Government, donors and other agencies etc.
Coordinate and manage internships and studies.
Conduct internal monitoring of project activities.
MIS/Data analysis and capacity building of the field team.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to measure Project results.
Support in Project implementation with data driven insights.
Provide data/report to Head office as per requirement.
Represent organization at various levels.
Any other work assigned by reporting officer.
