Development Organiser - Skill

Location: Muzaffarpur ( Sakra and Bandra Block )

Education: Postgraduate in degree in management/Rural Development/Social work/or Similar

Experience: Minimum 3 years of Experience in the Skill development sector

Skills & Competencies required
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team to achieve organisational goal.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Capacity to identify issue and develop a practical solution to solve Problem.

  • Proficiency in handling multiple task, setting priorities and meet the objectives with mutual coordination with team.

  • Interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents and related stakeholders. 

  • Flexibility to adjust to changing circumstances, technologies or requirement.

Job Profile
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments ,best practices and workspace ethics as well as  organization policies.


  • Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.


  • Responsible for Students Mobilization, Training, Administration of Center, retention, branding , enterprise development activities and Placements Process.


  • Budgeting of center expenses and handling daily ad hoc responsibilities


  • Arranging Management Meeting/Exposure Visits /Mock Interview / Guest Lectures / Post Support Training /OJT’s for trained candidates in consultant with Placement Officer ,Program Manager and AM/BM.

  • Documentation as per the QA(Quality Assurance) requirement, Center level MIS and invoice submission .

  • Make a business plan of the center as per available resources and keep tracking sheet on monthly basis.

  • Tracking of TLM material to be used during training in regular courses as well as enterprise supported courses i.e- Beautician, Stitching.

  • Regular Update the notice board with useful information like Batch details ,Day wise   plan of the course ,Student of the week ,activity photographs.

  • Manage various digital groups for communicating the information with current batch students as well as alumuni.
