Job Profile
Community mobilization, interaction and management
Conduct PRA exercises, baseline surveys and case studies writing
Capacity building of staff and women farmers and male farmers through conducting trainings, workshops, exposure visits and meetings
Contribute towards village development activities like agriculture, watershed, Natural Resource Management, Micro enterprise, animal husbandry etc.
Revive, nurture and facilitate institution
