Position Summary: Development Organizer (Skill) will support the implementation of skill development programmes in partner institutions/ skill centers , ensuring smooth mobilisation, training coordination, and candidate support throughout the programme cycle. The role will actively build and maintain relationships with local institutions, community stakeholders, and training partners to strengthen outreach and programme delivery. In addition, the position will facilitate placement linkages, employer coordination, and post-placement follow-up, while ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and alignment with organisational and donor guidelines.

Good knowledge and understanding of various youth skills development initiatives, employment opportunities and recruitment processes.
Good communication, networking, and coordination skills.
Effective communication and marketing skills
Good relationship management skill particularly with corporates and recruiters
Fluency in both oral and written communication in English & Hindi
Data management and report writing skills.
Willingness to travel extensively in rural and semi-urban areas.

Job Profile
Community Mobilization & Awareness for skill development programmes.
Organize orientation sessions, counselling, and career guidance for trainees.
Facilitate life skills, digital literacy, employability skills and financial literacy sessions alongside technical training.
Offer continuous support and mentorship to trainees, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their career goals.
Build and maintain effective relationships with educational institutions, training centers, and employers
Coordinate placement activities, attendance , certifications and ensure post-placement follow-up
Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation as per project requirements
Manage and update MIS and contribute to data-driven decision making
Support in organizing job fairs, employer meets, and review meetings
Prepare monthly reports, case studies, and success stories of skill development initiatives.
Liaise with government skill missions, ITIs, polytechnics, private training providers, and employers.
