Expertise in using different training tools and methods including virtual/online tools
Good written and verbal communication, preparation of various types of Reports and Documentation
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
Job Profile
To conduct/support/coordinate/supervise capacity building programmes
To undertake training need assessment and design training programmes for stake holders like SHG members, community members, CBO members, staff ofNGOs/GOs, internal staff, etc.
Develop training modules and compile reference materials; prepare reports, Impact Studies, etc.
To ensure effective designing, implementation, preparation of training action plan during the training and follow up of action plan
Preparing QPR,HYPR and APR for the training centre activities
To ensure proper planning, conduction & evaluation of all the trainings conducted at Training centre
Liaison with different agencies, organizations for partnerships and other matters to promote capacity building initiatives
To ensure that the Management Information Systems are maintained related to capacity building related affairs
Provide data/report to Head office as per requirement.
Represent organization at various levels.
Any other work assigned by reporting officer.
