Training Coordinator

Location: Sayla, Gujarat

Education: The candidate should have a Masters degree in rural management/ development or social studies/social work or other relevant fields

Experience: 2-4 Years in the development sector, with at least 1 year in capacity building theme

Skills & Competencies required
  • Excellent training skills 

  • Expertise in using different training tools and methods including virtual/online tools

  • Good written and verbal communication, preparation of various types of Reports and Documentation

  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Profile
  • To conduct/support/coordinate/supervise capacity building programmes 

  • To undertake training need assessment and design training programmes for stake holders like SHG members, community members, CBO members, staff ofNGOs/GOs, internal staff, etc. 

  • Develop training modules and compile reference materials; prepare reports, Impact Studies, etc.

  • To ensure effective designing, implementation, preparation of training action plan during the training and follow up of action plan 

  • Preparing QPR,HYPR and APR for the training centre activities 

  • To ensure proper planning, conduction &  evaluation of all the trainings conducted at Training centre 

  • Liaison with different agencies, organizations for partnerships and other matters to promote capacity building initiatives

  • To ensure that the Management  Information Systems are maintained related to capacity building related affairs

  • Provide data/report to Head office as per requirement.

  • Represent organization at various levels.

  • Any other work assigned by reporting officer.
